Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.

  • Intimate or sanitary products.

  • Hazardous materials.

  • Flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable software products.

  • Certain health and personal care items.


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Contact your bank, as there is often additional processing time before a refund is completed.

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

🔁 The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

📦 If you are returning an item valued at more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
